Service Description

This complimentary session is your opportunity to ask any burning questions, get a taste of the coaching experience, share your story and goals with your coach. This is also your chance to ask us about our approach, coaching style, or any questions that will help you assess whether we're the right coach for you.

Cancelation Policy

Please notify your coach via phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. $40 cancellation fee applies for any cancelled or resch
